I may not know the answer but I can usually find who does. I have successfully used the NexIQ USB to run Cat, Cummins Insite, Detroit Diesel DDDL, IC ServiceMaxx, Allison DOC, Eaton ServiceRanger, WabCo Toolbox, Bendix AComm, Freightliner ServiceLink, & IC DLB. The one cable that I have successfully used to run every diag program mentioned is the NexIQ USB cable. Somebody else will need to chime in regarding Cat, IC ServiceMaxx, IC DLB & Allison DOC. I have successfully run WabCo Toolbox & Freightliner ServiceLink on the in-line 5 cables. Insite will get you deeper into running cylinder cut out tests and reprogramming parameters. Power Spec works well to merely read+clear codes and pull operational data. The software to communicate with it may be another matter. The In-Line 5 is a fairly capable cable to connect your computer to the vehicle data-link. ![]() It all depends on how in depth you want to get.
